Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Jobna ("the Service"), operated by YAN YONGLIN ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Jobna is an AI-powered job application preparation platform that helps users tailor resumes, generate cover letters, and analyze job-resume match quality through conversational AI. The Service is provided on a freemium basis with optional paid subscriptions.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed through Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Prices are in USD and may be subject to local taxes.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (resumes, job descriptions, etc.). We process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. AI-generated outputs (tailored resumes, cover letters, analysis) are yours to use freely.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; submit fraudulent or misleading content; attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; share your account with others; or use automated tools to access the Service beyond its intended interface.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies — you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all outputs before use. We are not liable for any employment outcomes resulting from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
