Account data: Email address, name, and Google profile information (if you sign in with Google).

Content you provide: Resumes, job descriptions, chat messages, and other content you upload to use the Service.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and device information for analytics and service improvement.

Payment data: Paddle (our payment processor) handles all payment information. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; process AI-powered resume tailoring and analysis; communicate with you about your account; process payments through Paddle; and comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing

Your content is sent to third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) for processing. These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not use your content to train AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: AI processing providers (to deliver the Service); Paddle (to process payments); and as required by law.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secured servers. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data and content is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained.

7. Your Rights

You may: access and download your data; correct inaccurate information; delete your account and all associated data; and withdraw consent for optional data processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@jobna.ai or use the account settings.

8. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie (jobna_session) for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
