Overview
Payments for Jobna subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. All refund requests are handled through Paddle.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email support@jobna.ai with your account email and reason for the refund
- We will process the refund through Paddle within 5-10 business days
- The refund will be returned to your original payment method
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
